Moissanite is a gemstone originally discovered in a meteor crater. It is one of the hardest and most brilliant stones in the world — even more brilliant than a diamond. It is ethically created in a lab, making it an eco-friendly and affordable alternative to diamonds.
Is Moissanite real jewelry?
Absolutely. Moissanite is a genuine gemstone with exceptional hardness (9.25 on the Mohs scale), brilliance, and durability. Our pieces are crafted with premium materials and are built to last.
Can people tell the difference between Moissanite and a diamond?
To the naked eye, Moissanite and diamonds are virtually indistinguishable. In fact, Moissanite has more fire and brilliance than a diamond, making it even more eye-catching.
Is all jewelry tested before shipping?
Yes. Every single item is thoroughly inspected and diamond-tester verified before it leaves our facility. We do not ship anything that does not meet our quality standards.
Orders & Shipping
How long does processing take?
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing. During this time, your item undergoes our full quality inspection and diamond-tester verification before it is prepared for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order has cleared our quality inspection and shipped, please allow 7–14 business days for delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $70. Orders under $70 ship for a flat rate of $8.00.
Do you offer Rush Delivery?
Yes, Rush Delivery is available as an option at checkout. However, please note that Rush Delivery is not guaranteed — it is subject to availability. If rush processing cannot be accommodated, standard processing times will apply and the rush fee will be refunded in full. We will notify you as soon as possible if rush processing is unavailable for your order.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Use your tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team directly.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Unopened items in their original packaging receive a full refund. Opened or worn items may be eligible for a 50% refund, provided the item is in acceptable condition with no signs of damage from misuse.
What items are non-returnable?
The following items are not eligible for return: items returned after 14 days of delivery, items showing signs of damage from misuse or improper care, custom or personalized orders, and final sale items.
How do I start a return?
Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number, item details, and reason for return. We will review your request and provide return instructions and a return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will prioritize a resolution — including a replacement or exchange where available.
