Unopened Items

We accept returns on unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition it was received, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Opened & Used Items

If an item has been opened or worn, you may be eligible for a 50% refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in acceptable condition and shows no signs of damage from misuse or improper care.

Quality Guarantee

Every item in our collection is thoroughly tested and inspected before shipping. If your order arrives defective or not as described, contact us immediately — we will prioritize a resolution, which may include a replacement or exchange depending on availability.

How to Initiate a Return

  4. Ship the item back in its original packaging — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

Exchanges
