At Monay Luxuries, every piece is carefully inspected and diamond-tester verified before it leaves our hands. We don't rush quality — and we want your order to arrive exactly as exceptional as it was designed to be.
Processing Time — Please allow 3–7 business days for processing. During this time, your item undergoes our full quality inspection and diamond-tester verification before it is prepared for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates — We offer free shipping on all orders over $70. Orders under $70 ship for a flat rate of $8.00.
Rush Delivery — Rush Delivery is available as an option at checkout. Please note that Rush Delivery is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. If rush processing cannot be accommodated, standard processing times will apply and the rush fee will be refunded in full. You will be notified promptly if rush processing is unavailable for your order.
Shipping & Delivery — Once your order has cleared our quality inspection and shipped, please allow 7–14 business days for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Order Tracking — Once shipped, use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have any issues with your tracking information, contact our support team and we'll assist you promptly.
Shipping Destinations — We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team directly.
Damaged or Defective Items — If your order arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will prioritize a resolution — including a replacement or exchange where available.
